Grolleau increases its stake in OMP to 75%
On September 17, 2025, Grolleau, a company listed under ISIN code FR0014005ZM5, announced that it was increasing its stake in OMP Mechtron from 49.9% to 75%. OMP, a European specialist in metal cabinets and charging stations, is thus benefiting from financial consolidation through the conversion of a current account provided by Grolleau.
Following this acquisition, OMP will be fully integrated into the Grolleau Group's accounts. The OMP Mechtron brand will remain operational while receiving industrial and commercial support to expand and meet the needs of its markets, particularly in the charging station sector in the United States and healthcare equipment.
Grolleau will be able to increase his stake to 100% from 2028, according to the terms agreed with the current shareholders of OMP.
