Grolleau Announces New Governance
Grolleau, a company specializing in infrastructure equipment, has announced a significant change in its governance. At the Board of Directors meeting on January 22, 2025, it was decided to appoint François Barbier as Chairman of the Board and Étienne Dugas as Chief Executive Officer. Laurent Marbach, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, remains a director until June 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.
François Barbier expressed his gratitude to Laurent Marbach for his 14 years of service that enabled Grolleau to go public and expand internationally. Étienne Dugas, with his experience in the energy and telecom sectors, is ready to lead the strategic expansion, including the integration of OMP, to strengthen Grolleau's international position.
