Grimaud Group crosses the 5% threshold in VALNEVA

The Grimaud family group announced, by letter received on September 17, 2024, that it had crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company VALNEVA SE. This passive threshold crossing was recorded on September 13, 2024, due to a capital increase.

The Grimaud Group now holds 6,999,707 shares, representing 4.31% of the capital and 7.35% of the voting rights of VALNEVA SE. The distribution of shares and voting rights is as follows: the Grimaud La Corbière Group holds 3.89% of the capital and 6.61% of the voting rights, Joseph Grimaud 0.08% of the capital and 0.12% of the voting rights, and the other members of the family hold various minority shares.

The decrease in the Grimaud family group's stake results from the issue of new shares by VALNEVA, thus increasing the company's total capital.
