Grid Battery Metals Inc. Engages i2i Marketing Group for Marketing Program

COQUITLAM, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 16, 2024 / Grid Battery Metals Inc. (TSXV:CELL)(OTCQB:EVKRF)(FRA:NMK2) has announced its engagement with i2i Marketing Group, LLC. The partnership, dated August 15, 2024, will initially last four months, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. The marketing campaign aims to boost investor awareness through various online platforms and direct mailing. The initial deposit for the campaign is US$150,000 out of a total fee of US$600,000.

Upon completion of the initial term, Grid Battery Metals has the option to extend the agreement for an additional six months at the same fee. The collaboration will not involve issuing any securities to i2i as compensation. According to the company, i2i’s team currently holds no securities in Grid Battery Metals and operates independently of the company.
