This order allows qualifying venture issuers, like Greenhawk, to shift from quarterly to semi-annual disclosures. Greenhawk's fiscal year ends December 31, and the company confirms it meets the criteria under CBO 51-933, including having annual revenues under $10 million.

Consequently, Greenhawk will not file quarterly financial statements and associated management's discussion and analysis for the quarters ending March 31 and September 30 in each fiscal year. Audited financial statements will still be filed for periods ending June 30. This change aims to streamline operations while maintaining compliance with applicable securities laws.
