GRAMMER AG Reports Strong Q1 2025 Earnings Boost

GRAMMER AG announced a notable improvement in earnings for the first quarter of 2025. Despite a slight decline in Group revenues to EUR 487.4 million from EUR 498.6 million the previous year, the company saw its operating EBIT surge to EUR 23.9 million, compared to EUR 9.4 million in Q1 2024. This rise was achieved after adjustments for negative currency impacts of EUR 4.7 million.

The earnings uptick is attributed to restructuring efforts under the "Top 10 program", which included capacity adjustments in the EMEA region. Additionally, a future-oriented collective agreement at Amberg sites further bolstered financial results.

GRAMMER AG maintains its 2025 outlook, projecting annual revenues around EUR 1.9 billion and operating EBIT of approximately EUR 60 million. However, geopolitical factors, particularly U.S. trade tariffs, remain significant concerns for the automotive sector's supply chain stability.
