Grammer AG Reports Decline in Q4 2024 Revenue and Earnings

Grammer AG has announced a decline in revenue and earnings for the fourth quarter of 2024, reporting Group revenues of approximately EUR 449.7 million, down 14% from EUR 522.1 million in the same period of 2023. This decline is attributed to lower demand from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) amid macroeconomic and industry-specific uncertainties.

Operating EBIT fell sharply to EUR 3.6 million from EUR 30.6 million in Q4 2023. The decrease is linked to revenue shortfalls and higher costs due to volatile plant utilization. Adjustments were made for currency effects and one-time restructuring expenses.

Overall, the company's revenue for the year stood at EUR 1.9 billion, slightly below the forecast of EUR 2 billion, with operating EBIT at approximately EUR 41 million, lower than the prior year’s EUR 56.8 million forecast. Grammer AG plans to release full financial statements on March 28, 2025.
