GRAMMER AG Reports Nine-Month Financial Performance for 2025

GRAMMER AG has released its financial results for the first nine months of 2025, showing a 5.8% decline in revenue to EUR 1,386.9 million amid challenging market conditions. However, operational profitability improved, with operating EBIT rising to EUR 49.9 million, up from EUR 38.0 million in 2024, reflecting a margin increase to 3.6% from 2.6%.

The firm recorded a Group EBIT of EUR 42.4 million, a significant recovery from the EUR –2.4 million of the previous year. This improvement is attributed partly to the "Top 10 Measures" efficiency program. While automotive revenue fell by 9.0%, commercial vehicle revenues remained steady, increasing slightly by 0.3%.

Region-specific performance showed a 19.5% revenue drop in the Americas and an 8.9% decline in APAC, while the EMEA region saw a slight increase of 0.3%. The company confirmed its full-year outlook with expected revenue around EUR 1.9 billion and operating EBIT at approximately EUR 60 million.
