Grammer AG Reports Improved Earnings in Q3 2025

Grammer AG has announced a significant improvement in earnings for the third quarter of 2025 compared to the previous year. The company's operating EBIT rose to EUR 14.3 million, up from EUR 8.3 million in Q3 2024, translating to an operating EBIT margin of 3.3%. The increase in earnings is attributed to restructuring measures and strategic programs like the Top 10 initiative.

Despite a decrease in group revenues to EUR 433.2 million from EUR 472.9 million the previous year, Grammer AG's performance benefitted from adjustments in seasonal capacity and restructuring reversals. The Executive Board has maintained its full-year outlook for 2025, forecasting revenues of around EUR 1.9 billion and operating EBIT of approximately EUR 60 million.
