Goldman Sachs Crosses Threshold in EUROAPI
On February 13, 2025, Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced that it had crossed upwards the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of EUROAPI. This declaration, received by mail, indicates Goldman Sachs' indirect control of 5,564,871 shares, or 5.82% of the capital and voting rights.
These shares are mainly split between Goldman Sachs International (5.80%) and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe (0.02%). This increase results from an off-market acquisition, cancels the trading exemption, and also includes shares on loan that may be recalled.
In addition, Goldman Sachs indirectly holds, via 13 swap contracts, a right to an additional 673,283 shares, exercisable until 2034.
