GoldenPeaks Capital Secures Financing Facility for Solar Projects in Poland
GoldenPeaks Capital and AB CarVal have signed a bespoke junior financing facility. The funds will be used for the acquisition and construction of Ready-to-Build solar photovoltaic assets in Poland.
The flexible HoldCo debt facility enables GoldenPeaks Capital to bridge the financing needs to acquire projects and fund their construction equity. This move supports their plan to build over 1 GW of solar capacity annually in Poland.
The company has already secured 220 MW of solar PV projects across Poland through this facility. This financing is crucial for GoldenPeaks Capital’s mission to accelerate Poland’s decarbonization efforts.
