Golden Pursuit Completes 2024 Exploration Program at Gordon Lake Project, Northwest Territories
Golden Pursuit Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GDP) has announced the successful completion of its 2024 exploration program at the Gordon Lake Project, Northwest Territories.
This summer, the company performed detailed geological mapping and rock sampling across several properties. At Kidney Pond, 30 channel samples were collected to understand gold distribution and continuity. The data will aid in future drilling.
A 250-meter-spaced Induced Polarization (IP) and magnetics geophysical survey spanned 12 linear kilometers, with a focused 8 kilometers at Kidney Pond. Additional surveys at Zenith Island, Camlaren, and Burnt Island were also conducted.
A property-wide photogrammetry survey provided high-resolution 3D data for geological modeling. Rock samples are currently undergoing assay and geochemical analyses, with results expected in October.
