Gold Mountain Mining Corp Delays Filing of Financial Statements
Gold Mountain Mining Corp, headquartered in Vancouver, announced its inability to file its annual financial statements by the June 30, 2025 deadline. This delay follows a recent change of auditors to Davidson & Company LLP, effective June 4, 2025. The transition necessitated additional time for audit completion due to onboarding procedures required for the new auditor.
The company expects to submit the necessary documents, including management’s discussion and analysis, by July 30, 2025. In the interim, Gold Mountain has applied for a management cease trade order with the British Columbia Securities Commission, which may restrict trading by company insiders.
