GLG Life Tech Corporation Announces 2024 AGM Voting Results
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 28, 2024 / GLG Life Tech Corporation (TSX:GLG) has announced the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held at the company's corporate headquarters. The director nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 31, 2024, were elected as directors.
The voting results are as follows: Dr. Luke Zhang received 97.22% of votes in favour and 2.78% votes withheld. Mr. Brian Palmieri was elected with 99.97% votes in favour and 0.03% votes withheld. Mr. Simon Springett received 97.22% of votes in favour and 2.78% votes withheld. Madame Liu Yingchun garnered 97.22% of votes in favour and 2.78% votes withheld.
