Gladstone Land Announces COO Terry Lee Brubaker's Retirement

Gladstone Land Corporation has announced the retirement of its Chief Operating Officer, Terry Lee Brubaker, effective December 2, 2024. Along with his role at Gladstone Land, Mr. Brubaker will also retire as a director and executive officer of Gladstone Management Corporation and Gladstone Administration, LLC. In the interim, Michael LiCalsi, currently the Company's General Counsel and Secretary, will assume additional operational responsibilities.

David Gladstone, President and CEO, praised Brubaker's pivotal role since the company's inception, noting his significant contributions to Gladstone's growth and commitment to shareholders. A national search for a new Chief Investment Officer will commence to fill the vacancy on the investment committee left by Brubaker's departure.
