Gladstone Investment Announces COO Retirement

Gladstone Investment Corporation, a business development company traded on Nasdaq under the symbol GAIN, has announced the retirement of its Chief Operating Officer, Terry Lee Brubaker, effective December 2, 2024. Mr. Brubaker will also step down from his roles as director and executive officer at Gladstone Management Corporation and Gladstone Administration, LLC, the company's investment adviser and administrator, respectively.

In the interim, Michael LiCalsi, General Counsel and Secretary of Gladstone Investment, will take on additional operational duties. The company plans to conduct a national search for a new Chief Investment Officer to handle Mr. Brubaker's investment responsibilities.

David Gladstone, Chairman and CEO, acknowledged Mr. Brubaker's significant contributions, noting his pivotal role in the company's growth and commitment to shareholders.
