Gladstone Capital Announces COO Terry Lee Brubaker's Retirement

Gladstone Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:GLAD) announced the retirement of Chief Operating Officer Terry Lee Brubaker, effective December 2, 2024. In addition to his COO role, Brubaker will retire from his positions as director and executive officer of Gladstone Management Corporation, and as a board member and executive officer of Gladstone Administration, LLC.

Following Brubaker's departure, Michael LiCalsi, General Counsel and Secretary, will take on additional operational duties. Gladstone Management will initiate a national search for a new Chief Investment Officer to assume Brubaker's investment committee responsibilities.

CEO David Gladstone praised Brubaker's contribution, highlighting his integral role since the company's inception and noting that his commitment will be greatly missed.
