Giti Tire Secures S$150 Million Through Sustainability Notes

On October 21, 2025, Giti Tire announced the completion of issuing S$150 million in five-year Sustainability Notes. The notes, with a coupon rate of 5.750%, will support green and social projects outlined in the company's Sustainable Finance Framework. The issuance was managed with the assistance of DBS Bank Ltd., Deutsche Bank, and HSBC.

The framework, centered on achieving "Continual Growth in Business, Stewardship and Uplifts," aims for net zero while maintaining financial discipline. Giti's projects include a collaboration with an electric vehicle manufacturer on ultra-high-performance tires and advancements in sustainable tire production at their Anhui factory.

Recognized for its sustainability efforts with the CDP Disclosure badge and EcoVadis Platinum Award, Giti remains committed to reducing emissions and enhancing sustainable practices in mobility.
