Gimv to Hold Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting on June 26th, 2024
Antwerp-based investment company Gimv has announced the convocation for its annual and extraordinary general meeting on June 26th, 2024. The meeting will take place at 10:30 AM at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Antwerp.
The agenda includes standard items like approval of the remuneration report and financial statements, discharge of directors and auditors, and adoption of a global budget remuneration for non-executive directors. Notably, shareholders will vote on a dividend of 2.60 euro per share, possibly distributed as new shares.
Shareholders will also confirm the co-optation of new directors Filip Dierckx, Robert Van Goethem, and Marc Valentiny, nominated by new reference shareholder WorxInvest, and renew the mandate of independent director Mrs. Manon Janssen.
Additionally, a revision regarding the appointment of legal persons as directors will be discussed. The extraordinary general meeting will also aim to amend the articles of association due to the change in reference shareholder and governance update.
