Confirmation of Compensation Settlement by Düsseldorf Court
The Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf confirmed the previous ruling of the Regional Court of Dortmund regarding the compensation terms under the domination and profit-and-loss transfer agreement involving DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT and DMG MORI Europe Holding GmbH. The agreement, effective since August 2016, underwent review, culminating in a final decision.
The court affirmed the cash settlement at €37.35 per share, while the recurring compensation saw a slight increase from €1.17 to €1.28 gross per share, equivalent to €1.11 net after deductions. This decision follows appeals against the initial ruling, now settled with binding effect.
DMG MORI Europe Holding GmbH will compensate eligible shareholders for the increase, but no changes will be applied to the previously confirmed cash settlement amount.
