GHGSat Appoints Jeffrey Kadanoff as Chief Financial Officer

MONTREAL, QC – GHGSat Inc., a leader in greenhouse gas emissions intelligence, announced the appointment of Jeffrey Kadanoff as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective April 2, 2024. Before this role, Jeffrey Kadanoff managed financial operations and strategies at multiple companies, guiding them through initial public offerings and overseeing acquisitions. His prior positions include Managing Director at Esplanade Ventures and CFO at Knight Therapeutics Inc. Additionally, he served as a Principal at Bain & Company for 14 years.

Stéphane Germain, CEO of GHGSat, expressed strong support for Kadanoff's appointment, citing his extensive experience in finance and global markets. Kadanoff's appointment aligns with GHGSat’s goals of enhancing financial growth and strategic initiatives. He succeeds François Rodrigue, who retires after 12 years as CFO and co-founder. Rodrigue will continue as a member of the Board of Directors, aiding in strategic decisions.
