Getlink General Assembly: Results and Renewals
On May 27, 2026, Getlink's combined general meeting was held with a record attendance of 89.77%. All resolutions were approved, including a dividend of €0.80 per share, payable on June 5, 2026.
The terms of Jacques Gounon, Chair of the Board, and other key directors have been renewed for periods ranging from two to four years. Jacques Gounon remains Chair of the Board, while Yann Leriche has been appointed Vice-Chair.
A major change was the inclusion of the European "Women on Boards" directive, increasing the proportion of women on the Board to 42%. This legislative strengthening underscores Getlink's commitment to gender parity and balanced governance.
