Genel Energy Announces Change in Board Leadership

Genel Energy Plc has announced a significant change in its board leadership. David McManus, who has served as Chair, is retiring immediately due to health reasons. McManus has been acknowledged for his leadership and commitment over the past five years during challenging times for the company.

In the interim, the company has appointed Canan Ediboğlu, a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, as the interim Chair. Additionally, Yetik K. Mert is stepping into the role of interim Senior Independent Director.
