Gemina Laboratories Ltd. Announces Delisting from the CSE

Gemina Laboratories Ltd. has announced its decision to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The delisting will take effect at the close of trading on March 27, 2026, following approval from its disinterested shareholders during the annual general meeting on March 13, 2026. Despite the delisting, Gemina will remain a reporting issuer in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.

The decision to delist is based on an evaluation of Gemina's operational needs, trading volumes, and associated costs of maintaining a CSE listing. The company considers this move beneficial for both the company and its shareholders, encouraging them to consult investment advisors regarding the implications.

Additionally, Dr. James Tansey has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board. This leadership change, noted by CEO Rob Greene, marks a period of rebuilding for the company.
