MS Industrie AG's MS XTEC Acquires Majority Stake in Serbian Company
MS Industrie AG announced that its subsidiary, MS XTEC GmbH, has acquired a 51% majority stake in IDAS d.o.o., a company based in Mol, Serbia. The remaining 49% of IDAS will continue to be owned by Jovan Pejić, the previous shareholder.
IDAS specializes in producing high-precision metal components and industrial modules for pharmaceutical packaging and processes. In 2025, IDAS reported revenues of approximately EUR 8.5 million and employed around 190 people. The acquisition will see IDAS included in MS Industrie Group's scope of consolidation from October 2026.
MS Industrie AG, based in Munich, focuses on technology related to metalworking and assembly. In 2025, it achieved a sales volume of approximately EUR 145 million with around 400 employees across its two production sites in Germany and the USA.
