GAUSSIN: Monitoring of BSA 2023-RY Exercises

As of November 26, 2024, GAUSSIN has published a table detailing the monitoring of the exercises of its 2023-RY warrants. This document highlights the participation of two main investors: Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC LTD and YA II PN, Ltd.

Each of these investors subscribed to a total of 3,500,000 BSA. Before the last exercises, 2,200,000 BSA were still outstanding for each entity. So far, they have exercised 500,000 BSA, leading to the subscription of 500,000 shares each, at a unit exercise price of one euro.

Following these exercises, there remain 1,700,000 BSA in circulation for each investor, thus accumulating a total of 3,400,000 BSA still available.
