Terms of Access to Documents for the Gaumont General Meeting

Gaumont invites its shareholders to participate in the Combined General Meeting scheduled for May 6, 2025, in Paris. The event will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the Peninsula Hotel. Details of the agenda and draft resolutions related to the Meeting were published in various official bulletins in March and April 2025.

Preparatory documents, as well as voting forms, are available on Gaumont's website. Shareholders may obtain these documents in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by law. Registered shareholders may request that the documents be sent up to five days before the Meeting, while bearer shareholders must provide a certificate of participation.

It is also possible to consult these documents directly at the company's headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine, during the 15 days preceding the event.
