Berlin, June 26, 2024 - Gateway Real Estate AG announced the postponement of its audited consolidated financial statements for 2023. Initially scheduled for earlier release, the publication is now expected in July 2024. This decision follows consultations with the company's auditor.
The delay aims to accommodate the closing of pending project transactions and the implementation of another imminent transaction. The extension of project financing previously secured has also influenced this timetable. Gateway Real Estate AG anticipates no changes to the preliminary figures announced on April 12, 2024.
