Garanti Bank to Issue Investment Institution Warrants
On March 12, 2025, Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. announced its intention to issue investment institution warrants. The board resolution on February 27, 2025, allowed for a total issuance of up to 15 billion TRY in nominal value. This translates to a total aggregate of 150 million Turkish Lira. An application has been submitted to the Capital Markets Board for approval.
The issued warrants will be available over a one-year period. Garanti BBVA has submitted a draft issuer information document to the board for review. Any discrepancies between Turkish and English versions of the document will see the Turkish version take precedence.
Garanti BBVA confirms compliance with the Board’s Communiqué and assumes responsibility for the declarations within this announcement.
