Gabriel Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GBU) has announced the resignation of Mr. Daniel Kochav from its board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Kochav was the nominee of Tenor Capital Management LLC ("Tenor").
Additionally, Tenor, through its affiliate Enescu Investments, has waived its right to nominate a successor or observer to the company's board, also effective immediately.
