Funding Circle Plc: Share Buy-Back and Cancellation
On June 7, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the repurchase of 199,183 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The share buy-back was executed through Numis Securities Limited, also known as Deutsche Numis.
The highest price paid per share was 90.00p, while the lowest was 86.60p, with a volume-weighted average price of 89.0777p. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation, reducing the company's issued share capital to 351,539,523 ordinary shares with voting rights.
Post-cancellation, Funding Circle will hold no shares in Treasury. The updated figure of 351,539,523 shares should be used by shareholders for compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
