Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares

Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the repurchase and cancellation of 376,168 ordinary shares. The transaction, executed on 23 July 2024, took place on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis").

The shares were purchased at a volume-weighted average price of 109.6204 pence, with the highest and lowest prices being 111.50 pence and 107.00 pence, respectively. Following the cancellation of these shares, Funding Circle's issued share capital will consist of 344,835,673 ordinary shares with voting rights.

This action is part of the company's buy-back program announced on 7 March 2024. The information will assist shareholders and others in determining their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
