Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares

On August 29, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase of its own shares. The company acquired 200,000 ordinary shares, with the highest price paid per share at 104.50p and the lowest at 102.50p. The volume-weighted average price was 103.9322p.
