Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares

On 15 August 2024, Funding Circle Holdings Plc announced the purchase and cancellation of 21,350 of its ordinary shares at £0.001 each. This transaction is part of the buy-back program announced on 7 March 2024, facilitated by Numis Securities Limited. The shares were acquired at a consistent price of 103.50p each.

Following this cancellation, the total issued share capital of Funding Circle consists of 340,753,268 ordinary shares with voting rights. As a result, no ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
