Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares
Funding Circle Holdings Plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 92,744 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest price paid per share was 81.40p, while the lowest was 78.60p. The volume-weighted average price was 80.3285p per share.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the company's issued share capital will consist of 353,164,033 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury currently. This updated figure can be utilized by shareholders and others to determine their interest in the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
