Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback Transaction
Funding Circle Holdings plc has conducted a repurchase of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, as part of a buyback plan declared on 7 March 2024. A total of 363,878 shares of £0.001 each were purchased for cancellation on 2 July 2024. The highest price paid per share was 103.00p, while the lowest was 99.20p, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 102.1768p.
After this transaction, Funding Circle's issued share capital will comprise 348,489,788 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in Treasury. Shareholders may use the 348,489,788 figure to determine their notification obligations as per the FCA's rules.
This buyback aligns with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and includes individual trades executed through Deutsche Numis.
