Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buy-back Program
Funding Circle Holdings plc, a UK-based lending platform, has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 250,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The buy-back was conducted through Numis Securities Limited on 2 September 2024.
The transaction details include a highest price paid per share of 107.00p, a lowest price of 102.00p, and a volume-weighted average price of 105.1712p. This buy-back is part of a program announced earlier on 7 March 2024.
Post-cancellation, the company's issued share capital will consist of 338,677,874 ordinary shares with voting rights. The net issued shares serve as a denominator for determining shareholder disclosures under FCA rules.
