Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

On November 12, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc purchased 15,497 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange from Investec Bank plc. This transaction is part of the buy-back program initiated on May 15, 2025. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 126.60p to 128.20p, with a volume-weighted average price of 127.4648p per share.

The purchased shares will be held in treasury. Following this acquisition, Funding Circle holds 969,162 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 303,772,414 shares in issue excluding treasury shares. The total issued share capital, including treasury shares, stands at 304,741,576.

The Company noted that the 303,772,414 Ordinary Shares represent total voting rights, important for shareholders' interest calculations under the Financial Conduct Authority's rules.
