Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the purchase of 62,717 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction with Investec Bank plc is part of a buyback program announced earlier this year on 15 May 2025. The highest price paid per share was 119.20 pence, while the lowest was 115.00 pence, leading to a volume-weighted average price of 116.7580p.

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total treasury shares to 1,275,582. Following this transaction, the company has 303,465,994 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, and a total issued share capital of 304,741,576 shares. This figure of 303,465,994 represents the total voting rights within the company.
