Funding Circle Acquires Shares in Buyback Initiative

Funding Circle Holdings plc has repurchased 48,390 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction was executed as part of a buyback program announced earlier in May 2025. The shares, acquired from Investec Bank plc, were purchased at prices ranging from 124.60p to 128.40p, with a volume-weighted average of 127.0110p per share.

The company plans to hold the repurchased shares in treasury, increasing its total to 930,053 treasury shares. With 303,811,523 ordinary shares in circulation, the total share capital now stands at 304,741,576. Shareholders may use the current figure of 303,811,523 shares for calculating voting rights as per regulatory requirements.
