Funding Circle Holdings plc, a London-based company, on 29 April 2024, completed a significant transaction involving the buyback of its shares. The company procured 33,768 ordinary shares of £0.001 each from Numis Securities Limited. All shares were bought at a uniform price of 65.20 pence on the London Stock Exchange, as part of a repurchase program initially announced on 7 March 2024.

The acquired shares are slated for cancellation, following which Funding Circle's issued share capital will be reduced to 355,910,830 ordinary shares. This process is intended to adjust the number of shares with voting rights available in the market, potentially influencing shareholder value.
