Funding Circle Plc Completes Share Buyback

On 10 October 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced a successful buyback of its own shares. The company acquired 125,000 ordinary shares from Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange. This move follows the buy-back program unveiled on 7 March 2024.

The shares were purchased at a highest price of 138.00 pence and a lowest price of 136.50 pence, with a volume-weighted average price of 137.5294 pence. All repurchased shares will be cancelled, leaving a total issued share capital of 334,395,574 shares with voting rights.

This cancellation adjusts the denominator for shareholders to determine notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The trades were executed to comply with Article 5(1)(b) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
