Funding Circle Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a share buyback transaction. The company purchased 228,413 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 98.8739p per share. The highest price paid was 101.00p and the lowest was 96.60p per share.

The transaction was part of a buyback program announced on 7 March 2024. All purchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company's issued share capital to 346,919,890 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Shareholders can use this new figure for calculating required disclosures under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
