Funding Circle Holdings plc confirmed the successful purchase and intended cancellation of 150,000 of its own shares on 15 April 2024. These transactions were part of a share buyback plan announced on 7 March 2024, conducted on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.

The company reported that the highest price paid per ordinary share during the buyback was 46.30p, while the lowest was 46.00p, with an average transaction price of 46.1186p. Following these purchases, Funding Circle Holdings plc plans to cancel all acquired shares, adjusting its total issued share capital to 356,916,040 ordinary shares, all retaining voting rights.
