Funding Circle PDMRs Acquire Shares under Incentive Plan
On June 17, 2024, senior executives of Funding Circle Holdings plc took part in the company’s Share Incentive Plan. The plan, approved by HMRC, allows employees to purchase shares through payroll deductions or lump sum payments. Each purchased share entitles the employee to two additional free shares.
Chief Executive Officer Lisa Jacobs acquired 2,185 shares, with an additional 4,370 matching shares granted. Chief Financial Officer Oliver White acquired 2,186 shares, alongside 4,372 matching shares. Both transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
This initiative is part of Funding Circle's ongoing commitment to employee engagement and aligning employees' interests with those of shareholders.
