Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on the London Stock Exchange

On 27 January 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc undertook a share buyback transaction, purchasing 151,736 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from 123.50p to 127.50p per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 126.0414p. This buyback follows a previously announced plan on 16 October 2024.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company's issued share capital to 324,759,016 ordinary shares carrying voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.

Shareholders can utilize the new share capital figure for calculations concerning interest disclosures under the FCA's rules. The transaction complies with the Market Abuse Regulation as part of EU Retained Law.
