Fundamenta Real Estate SA: significant increase in operating profit

Fundamenta Real Estate SA reported a 54.1% increase in net profit, excluding revaluations, reaching CHF 15.9 million for the first half of 2026. This result was accompanied by a 4.6% improvement in net rental income, amounting to CHF 21.9 million. The Capital Recycling and Upcycling approach boosted sales revenue to CHF 6.5 million, with three properties sold above market value. During this period, the company also expanded its real estate portfolio, despite divestments, bringing it to CHF 1.27 billion. It completed two new construction projects, further enhancing profitability and energy efficiency.
