Fundamenta Group successfully closes its 8th issue
The Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation announces the premature closing of its eighth issue. With subscriptions reaching CHF 200 million, the foundation has set a new record. This influx of capital demonstrates the confidence of its 175 investors in its strategy. This issue brings the foundation's investment volume to more than CHF 1 billion, strengthening its foundation for future growth.
Swiss Real Estate's portfolio comprises 52 properties, with a total value of CHF 1,032 million as of June 30, 2025. The foundation continues to make targeted acquisitions and investments in its development projects.
The Prévoyance Fundamenta Forum will be held in Zurich on December 11, 2025. Discussions will focus on challenges and opportunities in the Swiss real estate sector.
