Fuller, Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, known as Fuller’s, has executed a share buyback transaction as part of its program announced on 28 August 2025. On 20 November 2025, the company bought 3,035 of its "A" Ordinary Shares, each priced at 40 pence, on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited. Each share was purchased at a consistent price of 648 pence.
The repurchased shares will be retained in Treasury. After this transaction, Fuller’s share capital stands at 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 4,183,140 held in Treasury. This adjustment results in 32,208,225 listed voting rights, a figure important for Disclosure and Transparency Rule compliance.
