Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (“the Company” or “Fuller’s”) has announced the purchase of its 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of its share buyback programme announced on 22 March 2024.
On 7 June 2024, the Company bought 6,219 'A' ordinary shares. The highest price paid per share was 710.00 GBp, the lowest price was 708.00 GBp, and the average price was 709.6784 GBp.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. After this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital consists of 41,182,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,573,730 held in Treasury. Thus, the total listed voting rights number is 36,608,609.
Shareholders can use this number to determine if they need to notify changes in their interests under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
